  The instructors combine an educational lesson with a workout. Which means it is a perfect combination for anyone of ANY age, child - adult. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Classes are taught by instructors who know what they are doing (the wall is full of their certificates and accomplishments if you need proof), and they are always willing to help if you need a hand in ANYTHING. Learn how to protect yourself with you own hands, how to defend against a weapon and so much more. Stop in, call or email and you will ALWAYS be greeted by someone who loves what they are doing and who will bend over backwards to make sure all questions you have are answered. GO! Take a class, and see what Junction City has to offer in the form of the Elite Academy of Martial Arts!
